Instareward is an online points based, non-cash reward system for employers looking to incentivise and reward their staff with bite size bonuses/ rewards. Staff are awarded points for hard work and going the extra mile. They can save these points and redeem bespoke rewards.

How it works?
Rewards are created by the employer. These can be as big or as small as you like. Anything from a weekend away in France to a free coffee. The employer decides how much each reward is worth. For example, ‘Brunch for 2’ can be valued at 2,000 points and an ‘IPhone’ is valued at 50,000 points. You can create an unlimited amount of rewards and personalise them for your staff.

Staff are awarded points by their manager. The employer can decide what staff can be rewarded for and how many points that is worth. For example staff can be reward 1,000 points for giving fantastic customer service or 5,000 points for reaching their monthly sales target. These can be designed to suit your business and provide staff with achievable targets. Employers can also design rewards for the managers.

The app allows the employer to control and monitor how many points can be given away by the manager per month. The employer has complete control of how to use the app and gives them flexibility to adapt the app suit their company.
